Return & Refund Policy

At Blush Verve, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Include all tags, accessories, and documentation.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at nahnaham6@gmail.com. We will review the issue and work to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Opened personal care or beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval:

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason and without justification.
